Rebecca’s promise is to create a customized plan based on your needs, goals and priorities. All work is done at your pace and at your comfort level to achieve your goals. The customized nutrition plan created for you isn’t a fad diet or an unrealistic way of living. Your plan will consist of simple and easy changes that are made gradually with Rebecca by your side. Because we want you to be able to eat healthy for the rest of your life, not just for the next 2 weeks.
Will the customized nutrition plans be too hard, challenging or difficult to follow?
Rebecca will continue to monitor you and make adjustments as needed to ensure that you see results you want and are on your way to reaching your nutrition goals. She will help you build the confidence to feel good about what you’re eating and what you’re doing. Rebecca will be there with you every step of the way to motivate, support, educate and help you in any way you need.
Will I feel deprived? I don’t want to have to give up all of my favourite foods.
